Democrats Debate for Illegal Aliens with 2010 in mind
Even before the primaries, to many the 2010 elections were in full swing. The Tea Party and other activist groups began giving endorsements and pump out press items discussing their objectives. Legislators such as Bart Stupak have responded to plans such as these with their electoral decisions of whether to run or not as well as what party to run with. However, it is the democrats’ plans which were not only previously visible, but also the most questionable. Even before January of 2010, the nation has been aware of what the liberal procedure for keeping control will be: Illegal Aliens.
First, it may be said that nobody more than the Democrats realize that they have lost support of the real American people. Not only is this a result of ObamaCare and other costly “reform” actions, it is also the response to people are awaking from their Obama coma to find no promises fulfilled and a risked future. Hence, through many avenues from legislative bills to arguments against new state laws, the liberal majority once again is threatening our nation for the good of the party. Their response to the American revolt is to make 2010 the year of the illegal alien.
Amnesty for the criminal inhabitants was always on the tip of the tongue of democrat leaders. However, it was Arizona’s reaction to their call for more border assistance falling on deaf ears threatening their prospective declaration that brought this already known leftist goal to mainstream view. Already it seemed the Democrats were prepared for this as around the same time, the majority announced Puerto Rico would have the ability to be named a state. Despite this already being suggested and declined, the state-making was not the real reason for this bill. Under HR 2499, non-resident Puerto Ricans living in the 50 states could vote in the new referendum. According to the U.S. Census, there are more eligible Puerto Ricans living outside the proposed 51st state than in it.
Obviously as a thank you, these non-American “citizens” will be coming in droves to vote for their new friends. Further, this legislation also ties the hands of Republicans, as any retort would be labeled as racist; an accusation which has also been tossed into the argument against Arizona’s immigration reaction as well.
SB1070, Arizona’s new law, is a feat by an ignored state who suffers daily infractions, issues and threats via illegal aliens. Also, the legislation is also a law for the nation as it not only assists America in knowing who calls its soil home, but also tightens our border and therefore increases our security. Nonetheless, it has been questioned not only for its constitutionality but also its so called anti-American agenda.
The legislation itself is nothing more than untying many knots around the wrists of law enforcement agencies within a state who, being on the border between America and Mexico, should already have illegal aliens as a top priority and have been able to enforce as such. Although inability to show documentation has been a federal crime since 1940, it has never been a state focus for Arizona until SB1070. As to the racist prospective, the legislation not only forebodes racial profiling but also requires a collection of factors to be reason for questioning. In other words, many flags have to be raised before the question can be asked and it better be good reasons.
When it comes to the Anti-American accusation, this too holds no water. While we are a nation built on immigration, this objective and the aspect of illegal aliens are completely different. Immigration involves entering into a new home legally, not crossing a border under the cloak of “illegal immigrant” and disobeying the law. However, if you speak to a Democrat they will retort saying it is a mix-up of titles and they are no more Americans than the ancestors of Ellis Island.
Once again, it is not America on the democrats’ plan but winning by any means necessary; even at the cost of the nation. The only problem with this is the easier strategy would have been to just listen to the people who are here legally and placed so many hopes in the democrats once before. With this criminal path in process, victims will not only be Americans but also our nation as a whole and what we stand for. Their prospective succeeding in this pro-alien agenda will bring nothing more than damaging results with real Americans paying the price.
