Just Plain Crazy

Saturday morning I was working at our buffalo ranch.  I came in for an early lunch about 11:30.  I froze as I read the banner scrolling across the bottom of the television with the shocking news that Arizona Congresswoman Gabriella Giffords had been shot.

Tony West, the man who defended John Walker Lindh, aka: the American Taliban, has been tapped by the Obama Administration to lead the government’s legal challenge against the State of Arizona over their new illegal immigration law.  West is a member of the “Gitmo-9” – a group of attorneys working at the Department of Justice who had formerly defended captured terrorists.

"We Can Help" -- Part II

The U.S. Department of Labor's outreach to illegal immigrants is more outrageous than we first thought – it's also bilingual and has a Hollywood connection. As we reported earlier today, (see post below) Labor Secretary Hilda Solis recorded a 30 second TV-Radio public service announcement titled “We can help.” Solis makes an offer of the Labor Department’s assistance for Illegal immigrants who have a beef about their wages. "Every worker in America has the right to be paid fairly, whether documented or not. So call us," is the big take-away line from the commercial.
